IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS FOR DEPOSIT OF SCHOOL DUES:
1. Fees charged from the 1st of April whether pupils join on that date of not.
2. All dues are to be deposited quarterly as specified below-For all classes except XI (New Admissions)
By April 15th (For the 1st Quarter (April to June)) By July 15th (For the Second Quarter [July to Sept.])
By Oct. 15th (For the Third Quarter [Oct. to Dec]) By Jan. 15th (For the Fourth Quarter [Jan. to March])
3. Dues for newly admitted students in class XI are to be deposited half-yearly as specified below-
By April 15th (For the 1st half year [April to Sept.] By Oct 15th (For the 2nd half year [Oct to Mar]
4. Late Fine for dues deposited after the abovementioned dates will be charged at rate given below:-
a) Rs. 20/- per day for the first seven days.
b) Rs.50/- per day from the eighth day onwards.
5. If there is any delay in paying the fees, the pupil will be withheld from appearing for the Terminal examinations.
6. All fees of the year must be cleared before the final examination.
7. In case any Fee concession has been granted, then it shall be cancelled if fee dues are not deposited in time as per the applicable schedule.
8. The parents/guardians must retain the receipts issued to them as proof of payment and produce it, when asked for.
9. Please send a proof of online payment or bank transfer to School Accounts Office by an email on -or by a whatspp message on so that fee receipt could be generated for the same.

RULES RELATED TO WITHDRAWAL:
1. Fees once paid will not be refunded in case of withdrawal.
2. Two months notice is to be given before the withdrawal of a pupil or school fees will be charged.
DUES PAYMENT IN CASE OF DISCONTINUANCE OF THE USE OF A FACILITY:
1) If a boarded wants to be a day scholar in the mid of the session, then he will be required to pay full charges of a regular hosteller for the remaining part of that session.
2) If a day boarder is availing transport facility provided by the school then he must pay the bus charges for the complete session even if she stops availing the facility during the mid of session.
3) In case of indiscipline in the hostel or in the school vehicle, the students can be expelled from the
hostel or disallowed the use of school vehicle. In such case, however, the student must continue to pay
the regular hostel or transport charges for the remaining period of the session.
